Yes, he is. Its just that in Kingdom hearts 2, while Sora was one year older, Haley Joel Osment was much older so his voice kind matured.
Yes it was, just remember how many years between the first and second game it was to come out. He did some growing and his voice changed but for the most part all voice actors from 1 did 2 except for a few of the disney characters.
yeah it was, its just in the first game he was younger so he’s voice was a little higher, and in the second one he’s voice got deeper, it sounds like different ppl but its really not.
